Pengaruh Bimbingan secara Daring dan Lamanya Penyelesaian Tugas Akhir terhadap Nilai Tugas Akhir

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the order of human life, both on the social, cultural, state, and spiritual order as well as on the education sector. education staff and lecturers should innovate to provide innovative and effective lectures in the midst of the pandemic. Lecturers must always think and find solutions and creative ideas to produce quality learning.This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of online tutoring and the duration of the completion of the final project on the final assignment score for 6th semester students of the Diploma Nursing Study Program, Insan Husada Polytechnic Surakarta. Methodology The research used is descriptive correlational research. The research sample consisted of 49 respondents. The instrument uses a questionnaire and statistical testing using the SPSS application. 25. According to the findings of this study, there was a significant influence on the final assignment score of 68.8% in the online guidance process and the duration of completion of the final project, while the remaining 31.1% was influenced by other variables. The final project guidance process, which is carried out online, and the time of completion of the final project affect the final project value obtained by students. The guidance process still greatly determines the success of students in completing the final project/KTI. Keywords: Online Guidance, Finish Time Final Project, Final Project Grade ABSTRAK Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap tatanan kehidupan manusia, baik pada tatanan sosial, budaya, kenegaraan, dan kerohanian maupun pada sektor pendidikan. tenaga kependidikan dan dosen harus berinovasi untuk memberikan perkuliahan yang inovatif dan efektif di tengah pandemi. Dosen harus selalu berpikir dan mencari solusi serta ide-ide kreatif untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh bimbingan belajar online dan lama waktu penyelesaian tugas akhir terhadap nilai tugas akhir mahasiswa semester 6 Program Studi Diploma Keperawatan Politeknik Insan Husada Surakarta. Metodologi Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 49 responden. Instrumen menggunakan angket dan pengujian statistik menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. 25. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai tugas akhir sebesar 68,8% pada proses bimbingan online dan durasi penyelesaian tugas akhir, sedangkan sisanya 31,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Proses bimbingan tugas akhir yang dilakukan secara online, dan waktu penyelesaian tugas akhir mempengaruhi nilai tugas akhir yang diperoleh mahasiswa.
