Abstract: Ambarella Bangkok fruit (Spondias dulcis) is fruits from Anacardiaceae family. Ambarella plant is known containing secondary metabolite compounds such as alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin and tannin. Flavonoid is a polyphenol compound which work as antioksdant.
