Pengaruh Gaya Berpikir, Integritas Dan Usia Pada Perilaku Kerja Yang Kontraproduktif

Abstract: Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh gaya berpikir (cognitive-experiential selftheory/ CEST), integritas (theory of moral identity) dan usia pada perilaku kerja yang kontraproduktif (counterproductive work behavior / CWB).
