This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at a regional hospital in West Java. The method used in this research is quantitative. The samples taken were 56 respondents. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The reseach results obtained are : work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t count value of 2.170 > t table value of 2.004, leadership style and work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 11.374 > F table value of 3.17. Adjusted R Square value of 0.274 reflects that the variables of leadership style and work discipline variables influence employee performance by 20.74% whide 79.26% are influenced by other variables outside the model studied.
