AbstrakLatar Belakang: Kritis tenaga kesehatan pada tahun 2013 mengalami kekurangan 17,4 juta dan diperkirakan akan berkurang 14,5 juta pada tahun 2030 dan para penelitian telah menunjukkan tidak memadainya kinerja petugas kesehatan. Tenaga kesehatan telah berkontribusi hingga 80% untuk pembangunan kesehatan yang sukses. Status tenaga kesehatan di Indonesia telah meningkat baik dalam hal jumlah, kualitas dan distribusinya, namun masih belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan di semua daerah terutama di daerah tertinggal, terpencil, perbatasan dan kepulauan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Abeli Kota Kendari Tahun 2022.Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang berada di Puskesmas Abeli yaitu sebanyak 82 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 40 orang.Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai (p-value = 0,007 < 0,05), kepemimpinan (p-value = 0,018 < 0,05) dan disiplin kerja (p-value = 0,000 < 0,05) dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan..Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara motivasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Abeli Kota Kendari Tahun 2022, sehingga tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki kinerja baik agar dipertahankan dan terus ditingkatkan sehingga mutu pelayanan puskesmas terhadap masyarakat akan semakin baik. The population in this study were all health workers who were at the Abeli Health Center as many as 82 people. The sample in the study amounted to 40 people.Results: The results of the research at the Abeli Health Center based on the results of data analysis showed that there was a relationship between motivation and performance of health workers with values (p-value = 0.007 < 0.05), leadership (p-value = 0.018 < 0.05) and work discipline (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05) with the performance of health workers.Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between motivation, leadership and work discipline with the performance of health workers at the Abeli Public Health Center, Kendari City in 2022, so that health workers who have good performance must be maintained and continuously improved so that the quality of health care services to the community will be better.
