Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Tansformational, Authentic, Authoritarian, Transactional Terhadap Kinerja Guru Madrasah Aliyah di Tangerang

Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformational, transactional, authentic dan authoritarian terhadap kinerja guru di sebuah  Madrasah Aliyahdi Tangerang Banten .
