This study examines and analyzed the effect of Investment and Government Expenditure on Poverty in Indonesia and uses secondary data from 2008 to 2020. The regression model used is a multiple linear regression model and classical methods. assumption test, which consists of a normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test. The regression tool used is Eviews 10. Based on the results of the study, it shows that investment has a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in Indonesia, while government expenditure has an effect and is significant on the number of poor people in Indonesia and investment and government expenditure have an effect on the number of poor people in Indonesia. The test results for the coefficient of determination show that there is a relationship between the independent and dependent variables of 92.23%, and the remaining 7.77% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai ekspor, impor, investasi PMDN, dan investasi PMA terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Papua selama periode 2010 sampai dengan 2020 secara parsial//individual. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai ekspor, impor, investasi PMDN, dan investasi PMA terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Papua selama periode 2010 sampai dengan 2020 secara simultan/serentak. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui website Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Papua. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 25 sebagai alat estimasi. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Secara parsial (individual) nilai ekspor berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Papua selama periode 2010-2020. Sementara untuk variabel nilai impor berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Papua selama periode 2010-2020. Sedangkan nilai investasi PMDN berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Papua selama periode 2010-2020. Kemudian nilai investasi PMA berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Papua selama periode 2010-2020. 2) Secara simultan (bersama-sama) nilai ekspor, impor, investasi PMDN, dan investasi PMA tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Papua selama periode 2010-2020. Dengan meningkatnya nilai ekspor dan investasi PMDN, serta penurunan nilai impor dan investasi PMA akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Papua.Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Ekspor, Impor, Investasi PMDN, dan Investasi PMA.

Economic growth is one indicator that is used as a benchmark for the success of the development of an area in East Java whether it has increased or decreased. This study aims to determine how much influence or variables that can influence economic growth in East Java. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression with time series data interpolated with statistical measurements using Eviews computer by using the classic assumption test and the F t-test analysis. In the results of research that have been carried out it is known that the processing industry has a positive and significant influence on economic growth in East Jawa with the result of the coefficient 24.73977 and the probability result of 0.0117 as the labor variable which also has a positive and significant effect with the result obtained the regression coefficient is 45.17394 and the probability result is 0.0299 while the inflation variable has a negative and significant effect on economic growth with the results of the regression coefficient of -0.251741 with a probability result of 0.0043.
