Abstract: Tempe sangat akrab di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Meningkatnya penjualan tempe sebagai lauk favorit masyarakat Indonesia membuat pengrajin tempe menggunakan berbagai bungkus. Standar tempe yang baik harus memiliki karakteristik yang baik dan tidak mengandung kontaminan.
