“…Pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kompetensi kepala sekolah dengan sarana dan prasarana secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru memiliki hubungan sebanding, artinya semakin ditingkatkan kemampuan kepala sekolah serta sarana dan prasarana sekolah, maka kinerja guru akan semakin meningkat.
