Currently, companies or organizations need employees with a supportive attitude because of the higher demands on teamwork. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 31 North Kediri Health Center employees, which was determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis methods were carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. Research findings show that commitment and organizational culture partially influence OCB, but job satisfaction does not influence OCB. Apart from that, commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational culture have a significant effect on OCB. This research provides additional information, suggestions, and input useful for agencies, especially regarding commitment, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and OCB.
