This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic and extrinsic factors on employee job satisfaction. Intrinsic Factors consist of organizational commitment, workfamily conflict, and professionalism while Extrinsic Factors consist of leadership style, organizational culture, and salary / incentives. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of the study were employees of 16 PTKIN BLU in Indonesia, while the samples were 10 PTKIN remuneration. The sample is part of the population whose characteristics will be studied. The data analysis technique used is the reliability and validity test. The results of this study indicate that intrinsic and extrinsic factors have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
