PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Kasus di PT WB, Tbk Wilayah Penjualan III Jakarta)

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT WB dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kinerja Karyawan terhadap Pengembangan Karir di perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel 100 responden sebagai sampel sekaligus populasi atau disebut sampel jenuh.
