PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus pada kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Karanganyar)

Abstract: ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerjapegawaiKinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Karanganyar. Dengan pegawai sejumlah 105 orang, sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu sebesar 51 orang.
