Abstract/Digest Legal protection is very important for consumers. The government has provided legal protection for consumers as regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Cosmetic consumers in Idi City use a lot of cosmetic products that are not registered with BPOM, as a result, skin damage occurs after the use is made by consumers. The people of Idi City as consumers of cosmetics are easily tempted by the effects of creams that can whiten the skin in a short period of time and the community does not have awareness of the legal protection rights they have. This study aims to identify and explain the legal protection for consumers who use cosmetics that are not registered with BPOM, to find out and explain the obstacles to BBPOM Banda Aceh in legal protection of consumers using cosmetics that are not registered at BPOM and BBPOM Banda Aceh efforts in resolving barriers to consumers. cosmetic users who are not registered with BPOM. This study uses a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach. The data were obtained through library research and supported by field research. Data analysis was done descriptively (descriptive analysis). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of legal protection for consumers has not been implemented optimally. Barriers to consumer protection are the lack of knowledge of consumers and business actors about regulations related to cosmetics. The efforts made are prevention strategies (socialization with the community), surveillance strategies and enforcement strategies. It is suggested to the public to be wiser in choosing cosmetic products. Legal awareness for business actors in producing illegal cosmetics and carrying out their obligations as business actors in accordance with the laws and regulations and BPOM further enhances the cosmetic reducer in the market. The case of excavation of excavated land C which occurred in Muara Satu Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City, excavation activities of C excavated soil in the Padang Sakti Mountains and Paloh Punti Muara Satu Lhokseumawe areas without a permit, became increasingly uncontrollable by the excavation owner and the excavation entrepreneur. Dredging activities in the area are of great concern to a number of people because they can cause environmental damage.The purpose of this study is to identify and explain civil liability in extracting C minerals, civil liability barriers in extracting C minerals, and efforts to resolve civil liability barriers in extracting C minerals in Lhokseumawe City. This type of research is an empirical juridical research, namely an integrative and conceptual method of analysis to identify, process and analyze documents to understand the meaning, significance, and relevance that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observed behavior. The results showed that the form of Civil Accountability in extracting C minerals in Muara Satu Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City, such as the responsibility of the perpetrator to the victim of excavating C excavation material due to illegal actions, pollution and / or environmental destruction, loss of other people or the environment, and accountability. activities to pay compensation and / or take certain actions. Obstacles to civil accountability in excavating C excavation materials in Muara Satu Kota Lhokseumawe include internal barriers including lack of knowledge of legal responsibility, lack of concern for environmental damage, and lack of coordination between the authorities. Then external factors due to economic limitations, factors of limited education, lack of legal awareness in the community and lack of coordination between parties. Efforts to resolve internal Civil Accountability Barriers include negotiating with the community, improving coordination with all related parties, and conducting mediation. Then efforts to resolve external obstacles include coordination with all related parties, regularly supervising mining activities without permits, coordinating between parties and Deliberations and conducting community legal outreach. It is recommended that law enforcement against the excavation of illegal land C excavation should be maximized and it is necessary to arrest the perpetrators of illegal land extraction and not only take preventive measures.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerjapegawaiKinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Karanganyar. Dengan pegawai sejumlah 105 orang, sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu sebesar 51 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji R2. Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan, bahwa Kompetensi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Karanganyar, sedangkan Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil analisis uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Karanganyar. Hasil Uji R2menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan disiplin kerja mampu menjelaskan sebesar 74% terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Karanganyar, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 26% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian, seperti kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan budaya organisasi.Kata kunci : kinerja pegawai, kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja
Article 5 paragraph (1) of Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, judges are obliged to explore, follow, understand legal values and a sense of justice that live in society. Then Artticle 50 Rv, explain that the decision must not be granted beyond the demands put forward in the lawsuit. The purpose of this study is how the judge’s consideration in a lawsuit. The method in this study uses a normative juridical approach. The sesults of the study show that judging by granting more than what is being accused can be equated with illegal actions even though it is done in good faith.
Tanaman obat keluarga (disingkat Toga) adalah tanaman hasil budidaya rumahan yang berkhasiat sebagai obat. Taman obat keluarga pada hakekatnya adalah sebidang tanah, baik di halaman rumah, kebun ataupun ladang yang digunakan untuk membudidayakan tanaman yang berkhasiat sebagai obat dalam rangka memenuhi keperluan keluarga akan obat-obatan. Kebun tanaman obat atau bahan obat dan selanjutnya dapat disalurkan kepada masyarakat, khususnya obat yang berasal dari tumbuh-tumbuhan. Budidaya tanaman obat untuk keluarga (TOGA) dapat memacu usaha kecil dan menengah di bidang obat-obatan herbal sekalipun dilakukan secara individual. Setiap keluarga dapat membudidayakan tanaman obat secara mandiri dan memanfaatkannya, sehingga akan terwujud prinsip kemandirian dalam pengobatan keluarga. Tujuan dari Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Mendampingi kelompok warga desa wisata Sumberbulu untuk pengelolaan pemasaran khususnya digital marketing. Mendampingi pengemasan pada produk toga agar mempunyai nilai jual yang maksimal. Pengabdian dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu dengan cara ceramah dan presentasi serta diskusi. Target luaran yang akan dihasilkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah: Adanya peningkatan dalam pemasaran melalui digitalisasi marketing pada produk toga, Mampu mengembangkan pengemasan pada produk toga sehingga mempunyai nilai jual lebih, Adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat akan arti pentingnya digitalisasi marketing pada masa digital saat ini
