Pengaruh Kompetensi, Semangat Kerja dan Tim Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian yang akan dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh kompetensi kerja, semangat kerja dan tim kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan populasi jumlah pegawai di Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Jawa Timur di Surabaya, yaitu sebanyak 172 orang.
