In this study, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, which amounted to 79 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination, Multiple Linear Regression, Partial Significant Test (t test) and simultaneous significant test (F test). The results showed that training, leadership, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 65.1% influence while the remaining 34.9% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From the results of the hypothesis test, the Fcount value of 49.565 is greater than Ftable of 3.73 with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that simultaneously training, leadership, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
