Pengaruh Konflik Peran Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Melalui Mediasi Stres Kerja Di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Gianyar

Abstract: The research objective was to analyze the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction through work stress mediation. This causality-associative research conducted at the Gianyar Regency Land Office involved 87 respondents with the sampling method using saturated sampling techniques.
