The implementation of the participative leadership style has been positive on the increase in employee performance. However, how it works in an extraction and refining petrochemical-firm context is still elusive. This study investigates how a participatory leadership style may support employee performance as moderated by Job Satisfaction. Primary data from all 85 HRD employees in Cilegon Petrochemical Company is selected as a database. This study computes the relationships using the PLS-SEM procedure. This study proves that participative leadership style variables significantly influence employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction moderates the effect of participative leadership style on employee performance.

Menurut T Bettina Cornwell di buku Sponsorship In Marketing Sponsor olahraga, seni, atau acara dapat menjadi bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yang kuat untuk bisnis dan organisasi. Seiring berjalannya waktu, teknologi semakin canggih, mediapun berkembang. Salah satu bukti perkembangan tersebut adalah hadirnya Youtube yang menjadi salah satu platform yang digunakan banyak orang. Realfood merupakan salah satu brand yang memanfaatkan hal tersebut dengan cara menjadi sponsor utama pada Cabriolet Challenge yang diunggah di youtube mulai tanggal 16 januari 2021. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Sponsorship Cabriolet Challenge 2021 terhadap Brand Image Realfood, Pada penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah hubungan kausal. Karena penelitian ini berorientasi untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen juga variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling jenis purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, Sponsorship Cabriolet Challenge 2021 terhadap Brand Image Realfood berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap respon khalayak dengan hitung (19,357) > ttabel (1,660) dimana nilai ini memenuhi syarat uji hipotesis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sponsorship Cabriolet Challenge 2021 terhadap Brand Image Realfood memberikan pengaruh sebesar 79,21% terhadap peningkatan brand image dan sisanya 20,79% merupakan kontribusi yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variabel independen lainnya yang mampu mempengaruhi respon khalayak namun tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini.

The quality of mobile banking in the banking world is highly prioritized and considered in current customer service, and good relationship marketing is expected to make Islamic banking customers loyal. Looking at today's digital era, it is hoped that this research aims to determine the effect of the quality of mobile banking and relationship marketing on customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires so that primary data is obtained which is processed. the research results show that the quality of mobile banking has a significant effect on the quality of mobile banking, and relationship marketing also has an effect on customer loyalty. However, location has no significant effect on customer loyalty.
