Abstract:Abstract. This study aimed to examine factors that motivate students majoring in Christian Religious Education (CRE) to have career maturity as prospective CRE teachers and motivation oriented towards achieving goals in process of becoming a teacher. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the ex post facto method.
