Latar Belakang: Manusia merupakan salah satu ciptaan Allah SWT yang paling baik dan sempurna. Sering pula disebut sebagai khalifah di muka bumi. Oleh karena itu manusia harus menciptakan sesuatu yang berkemajuan dalam segala aspek terutama Pendidikan . Karena menurut Freire dalam bukunya pendidikan alat perlawanan, pendidikan adalah proses humanisasi. Tujuan penelitian yang berinstrumenkan kajian Pustaka ini guna meninjau secara deskriptif hakikat manajemen pendidikan Islam guna merelevansikan dengan dinamika perubahan zaman. Tujuan: Meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan umat dari suatu keterbelakangan menuju masyarakat berkemajuan lewat pendidikan. Metode: Metode penelitan ini merupakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan juga kajian Pustaka dengan menggunakan buku dan jurnal sebagai instrumen. Hasil: Dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam manusia dapat melakukan proses pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam secara Islami dengan cara menyiasati sumber-sumber belajar dan hal-hal terkait untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam secara efektif dan efisien. Kesimpulan: Manajemen dalam pendidikan Islam berperan begitu penting untuk kehidupan sehari hari maupun dalam mencari ilmu untuk melakukan suatu hal yang terencana dan terminimalisir.

The outbreak of COVID-19 in December of 2019 and its relentless spread across the globe has led to an upsurge of information on the pandemic, as scholars, health experts and other authorities rush to publish information meant to enlighten the public on this novel virus. Thanks to social media and its various platforms, most of this information is shared online. However, this rapid spread of information has also given rise to panic and trepidation brought about by generally unverified information on social media. This study sought to assess the student's level of social media use in tertiary institutions, its influence on them, and whether they consider social media a credible source of information on COVID-19. An online questionnaire was administered to a sample of 250 students. Collected data were verified and analysed using SPSS software. The study has found that social media plays a significant role in sharing information on COVID-19 among students in tertiary institutions, with WhatsApps being the most widely used platform. However, despite being greatly influential, many students do not view social media as an accurate or credible source of information on the pandemic.

In the current era of digitalization, everyone can easily create and share information without ascertaining whether the information is valid or invalid. In Sidoarjo District, Government agencies that play a role in preventing the spread of false information continue to occur in the public is a role that should be carried out by the communications and information service. The writing of this study aims to find out and analyze how the role played by the Communication and Information service of Sidoarjo District in preventing the spread of false information to the public in Sidoarjo District based on the focus of this research, namely the duties and functions of the Sidoajo District Communication and Information Service, especially in the Information and Communication Public Management Sector. The data are presented through direct observation and interviews qualitatively analyzed. This study concludes that until now there is no policy or Standart Operating Procedure (SOP) that regulates the prevention of the spread of false information to the people of Sidoarjo, the action taken In handling cases of false information is only to clarify based on reports received from the people of Sidoarjo District.
