Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kompetensi, disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasional, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara RSUD Embung Fatimah Batam sebanyak 237 orang. Sampel terdiri dari 70 responden yang diambil dengan rumus Slovin dengan metode random sampling.
