Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Di Masamba Kabupaten Luwu Utara

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Cabang Masamba. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analistis regresi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dihasilkan dari penelitian lapangan dan studi kepustakaan.
