Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Buah Naga Merah (Hylocereus Polyrhizus) Terhadap Kadar Glukosa Darah Puasa Pria Prediabetes

Abstract: Latar Belakang: Prediabetes merupakan tahap awal sebelum terjadinya Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Setiap tahunya 4-9% orang dengan prediabetes akan menjadi DM. Buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus) merupakan pangan fungsional mengandung tinggi antioksidan dan serat yang dapat mengendalikan kadar glukosa darah.
