Pengaruh pengetahuan kerja, kemampuan kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Muslimat Nusantara Utama Kabupaten Malang

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kerja, kemampuan kerja, dan pengalaman kerja, terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian eksplanaltory research, dilakukan pada PT. Muslimat Nusantara Utama Kabupaten Malang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, yang disusun dengan Skala Likert 5 poin. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.
