Pengaruh Pengganti Limbah Pecahan Genteng Sokka Dalam Pembuatan Beton Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton

Dila… Show more

“…The use of broken roof tile material to substitute sand and use of gypsum powder to substitute cement lowers the compressive strength of concrete, as seen in Figure 1. Previous study, "The use of tile powder more than 20% of the weight of the fine aggregate used has a significant increase, but should not be more than 50%" [1]. From research that has been done, the use of tile fragments as a substitute for fine aggregate in this study did not increase the compressive strength of concrete because in this study there was the use of gypsum powder as a cement substitution.…”

“…Roof tile shards generally contain silica and tile fragments also contain aluminum. Silica is a content that is usually found in fine aggregate used in concrete mixtures, namely sand [1]. The chemical composition of clay roof tile is as follows [4]: Silica (SiO2) by 54.59%, Aluminum oxide (Al2O3) by 19.62%, Iron Oxide (Fe2O3) by 13.30%, Calcium Oxide (CaO) of 3.55%, Magnesium Oxide (MgO) by 3.03%, Potassium Oxide (K2O) of 2.25%, Titanium Oxide (TiO) by 1.40%, Diphospor Trioxide (P2O3) 0.69%,Sulfur Trioxide (SO3) by 0.37%, Chlorine (Cl) by 0.35%.…”
