Pengaruh Talent Mangement Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar

Abstract: Riset ini ditujukan untuk mengatahui pengaruh talent management (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar yang berjumlah 100 karyawan dengan sampel 80 responden.
