The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Total Population, Domestic Investment, and Gross Regional Domestic Product towards Local Own-source Revenue. The object of this research are districts and cities in the province of Banten in 2016-2020. Sample of this research were selected using census method and testing was performed using multiple linear regression method. The observation of this research are 8 Districts and cities in the province of Banten namely Pandeglang District, Lebak District, Tangerang District, Serang District, Tangerang City, Cilegon City, Serang City, and South Tangerang City. The result of this research are Total Population, Domestic Investment, and Gross Regional Domestic Product simultaneously have significant effect toward Local Own-source Revenue. Partially, Total Population and Gross Regional Domestic Product has a significant effect towards Local Own-source Revenue, while Domestic Investment does not have a positive effect toward Local Own-source Revenue.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Capital Structure and Profitability on Stock Returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 2022.This type of associative research with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. In this study, the sample consisted of 27 companies from 30 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022, so the research data analyzed amounted to 108 observations. The panel data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews version 12. The results of this research show that the Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive but significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, Return On Asset shows that it has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. For further research, it is hoped that researchers can expand the scope of research objects to the company sectors on the Indonesian Stock Exchange so that they can add more diverse research variables.

Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sebagai representasi otonomi daerah menunjukkan kemampuan suatu daerah untuk mengatur dan mengurus rumah tangganya sendiri salah satunya dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi PAD dari 35 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2010-2018. Secara empiris, studi dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), inflasi, jumlah penduduk, jumlah wisatawan dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap PAD. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Tengah. Menggunakan Model Fixed Efect, ditemukan bahwa PDRB dan pengeluaran pemerintah secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap PAD, sedangkan inflasi secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap PAD. Namun untuk jumlah penduduk dan jumlah wisatawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap PAD.
