Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kinerja Pegawai Iain Sultan Amai Gorontalo

Abstract: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo dan berapa besar pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan masuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional Random sampling.
