Pengaruh Work-family Conflict dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Wanita

Abstract: The aims of this study are to analyze whether: (1) work-family conflict affects job stress, (2) work-family conflict affects performance (3) job stress affects the performance of female nurses at RSI Ibnu Sina Padang. “…Work-family conflict ternyata berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, baik pria maupun wanita (Rendon, 2016) demikian pula pada karyawan Bank di Ghana (Morrison et al, 2020), dan pada karyawan wanita di Indonesia (Yusnita, 2010); Safrizal et al, 2020).
