Pengembangan Model Pemberdayaan Petani Padi melalui Program Hulu Hilir Agromaritim Bidang Pertanian

Abstract

In 2016, Jember Regency was the largest rice production center in East Java, but there were still many rice farmers who were not empowered. In 2017, Jember Regency became one of the pilot projects of the Agromaritim Hulu Hilir Agriculture Program held by East Java Province. The purpose of this study is to describe the empowerment model of rice farmers by PEMDA as a function of empowerment. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. The technique of determining the informant using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the model of empowerment of rice farmers carried out by the local government of Jember in the Agromaritim Upstream Program in the Field of Agriculture was a partnership empowerment model.
