Penggunaan Hak Ingkar Notaris Terkait Dengan Kewajiban Melaksanakan Rahasia Jabatan

Abstract: Notaris sebagai Pejabat Umum dalam jabatannya memiliki hak yang dinamakan sebagai Hak Ingkar. Hak ingkar merupakan suatu kewajiban notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya sekaligus beban yang harus ditanggung notaris dalam menanggung jabatan kepercayaan terhadap masyarakat untuk merahasiakan isi aktanya kepada siapapun diluar pihah-pihak yang berada dalam akta tersebut.
