The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has caused a high level of open unemployment in Indonesia. To overcome this problem, the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower held training to be given to people who do not have the skills and want to develop their skills. There are two kinds of training provided, namely blended learning training and online learning management system. This study aims to describe (1) the implementation of blended learning-based online training and LMS (2) Obstacles and solutions to the implementation of blended learning and LMS training. The research method used is a qualitative method. The research subjects included 2 training program managers, 2 training instructors, 2 training participants. The data collection techniques included in-depth interviews with 2 training program managers, 2 training instructors, 2 trainees, observation, and documentation related to the implementation of blended learning and LMS training. The validity of the data used triangulation of sources. The data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that blended learning training was carried out with a portion of 30% online and 70% offline, while LMS was carried out online by combining an e-training platform as a learning support. The obstacle in implementing this training was the internet network connection. The solution provided was the training instructor reviewed the training material during offline training. In conclusion, BBPLK Semarang is one of the institutions that implement blended learning and LMS which has been held since the beginning of the pandemic by combining e-training. This implementation had several obstacles including internet connection and there were still some participants who did not have adequate gadgets. The implementation of this training was supported by the replacement of internet quota fees that could support blended learning and LMS training.

This study aims to describe learning innovations based on seTARA daring at (Community Learning Activity Center) PKBM Sunan Kalijaga Lirboyo Kediri, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, including identifying supporting and inhibiting factors and improvement efforts made. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study. In-depth interviews with leaders, teachers/tutors, and students, as well as observations of the learning process and online classes, were used to gain an in-depth understanding of experiences in the educational environment. Supporting data were obtained from official documents such as the e-learning curriculum, teaching records, and learning outcome evaluation. The results show that the learning innovation based on the seTARA daring application is practical and can benefit the students. At the planning stage, meetings were held to design implementation strategies, discuss policies, and announce the strategies and policies to students. The implementation stage involves implementing the policy and practical guidance and improving tutor innovation. The evaluation stage assessed the success of learning innovations based on the seTARA daring application by collecting feedback from tutors and students, becoming the basis for future improvement and enhancement. This research provides an essential contribution to understanding the challenges and potential solutions to optimize e-learning in the equivalency education program in PKBM.

Infrastructure Support of Network of Computer in Study program of Diploma III of Midwifery of STIKes MH Thamrin very trigger to developing of facility of service to student. Besides Information System Akademik, hence the matter which have come to demand in lecturing is ready of medium learn to teach or the lecturing. Research into newest mention that student now claim the more amount time which with quality to be able to discuse and assist understanding in lecturing. Look in the face in class becoming not last for fulfilling time which with quality that. One of alternative is developing of system of e-learning which can give the more amount time and opportunity to student to be able to discuse. E-Learning is a process of study of where forwarding of items, discussion, and others activity of lecturing conducted by through electronic media. system of E-Learning developed is base on web and use moodle as software of its study, so that system of this e-learning is referred as by Internet Enabled Learning. Until so far system of e-learning developed in Study program of Diploma III of Midwifery of STIKes MH Thamrin have at phase of implementation and test-drive. System of E-Learning have in practice of at some lecturing activity, among other things the lecturing Draw Technique of at anomalous semester 2011/2012. From result of examination of System of E-Learning of at some eye kuliah, mean of responder interested and enthusiastic use model of this study. With exploiting of e-learning as medium of study expected by quality of study and result of learning expected will progressively the goodness. Result of some test- drive of study by e-learning that have given a lot of input for the system repair.
