“…Pengkategorian durasi penggunaan media sosial dalam penelitian ada yang sama yaitu pada penelitian kedua dan ketiga dengan frekuensi paling banyak pada penelitian kedua yaitu ≥7jam/hari dengan kualitas tidur yang buruk dan penelitian ketiga 3-4jam/hari dengan insomnia sedang (Salii et al, 2020;Suhartati et al, 2021).
