Penggunaan Umbi Gembili Sebagai Prebiotik Alami terhadap Persentase Karkas dan Lemak Abdominal pada Broiler

Abstract: Riset ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji efek penambahan tepung umbi gembili yang berfungsi sebagai sumber prebiotik inulin dalam mempengaruhi persentase berat karkas, bagian-bagian karkas serta perlemakan pada broiler. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah RAL atau rancangan acak lengkap, 4 jenis perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali dan diisi 10 ekor ayam masing-masingnya.
