In today's digital era, one of the demands in the world of education is increasing teacher knowledge and managerial skills oriented towards Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK). This research aims to analyze teachers' managerial knowledge and skills in terms of (1) planning learning, (2) implementing the learning implementation plan, and (3) reflecting the planning, implementation, and learning outcomes components of Social Studies that are oriented towards implementing TPACK. This research design is descriptive-qualitative. The results show that Teachers' knowledge and managerial skills are in the moderate category and tend to be lacking—teachers have limited knowledge of and skills in learning management. Social Studies learning management can be integrated with new social intelligence in innovative and fun learning based on the application of TPACK. Several recommendations are suggested for social studies teachers: first, increase managerial knowledge and skills in learning and using TPACK through training, technical guidance, and ongoing apprenticeship; second, form a professional organization for social studies teachers to share knowledge and experiences; third, create networks with social studies teachers in developed countries. Finally, the government and the private sector (especially internet network providers) need to pay attention to the needs of teachers to implement TPACK.

Education is the most essential part in every aspect of providing the quality of human resources. Thus, one of the learning innovations to improve quality, especially for children, is the engineering design process. The engineering design process (EDP) is a set of processes that engineers use to solve an issue. The purpose of this study is to find out the of EDP on design prototypes of the elementary school. The application of knowledge and capability through EDP were also able to develop critical and creative thinking skills so that they can solve problems, collaborate, and communicate. The method adopted in this research is case study. Seventeen elementary students from four different schools in three different cities in province Riau, Indonesia, are selected as participants. Data are collected through interviews and analyzed using a grounded approach. Finding of this study EDP became an ability that could involve students in the learning space and students were also challenged to work collaboratively in groups that were guided by researchers. From the designs made by students, the level of ability to design student prototypes was dominated by the level of the developing stage even to the level of the continuous stage. The findings indicated that the activities using EDP were able to help students to experience real learning and find components that can be used to compound a tool and solve real problems. The findings also indicate the need to reform curriculum for teacher training programs through EDP to include matters like design prototypes.

E-Report Application: The Role of Stakeholders in The Assessment System in Schools

This study aims to find out about the role of school stakeholders in processing student grades using the e-report application. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely observation by observing the website and using the website directly. Interviews were conducted with informants regarding the use of applications and documentation of reports issued from applications to school stakeholders who now participate in the use of e-reports. The data analysis technique was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results show that the role of school stakeholders in the use of interconnected e-reports starts from the administrative field in data collection, teachers in data entry, curriculum fields in checking data, and BP teachers who enter student attendance to get to the parents. The existence of this E-report application shows the discipline and perseverance of the stakeholders in controlling IT. The processing of the scores on this e-report will also be copied into the student's master book, and later the results of this assessment will be submitted to the Surabaya City Education Office for nomination with other schools.
