Abstract: Perkembangan industri yang semakin pesat menuntut perusahaan agar dapat bersaing dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas produk. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, perusahaan mengikuti standar kualitas seperti pada PT. X yang merupakan perusahaan textile berorientasi ekspor.
