In the digital era 4.0, educators are required to form varied learning. The current trend is learning packaged in digital content based on social media applications. Pancasila learning and citizenship education can also be packaged in the form of digital content. One of them is in the form of a direct national insight test. This article will show how a student national insight research project is in the form of digital content. The aim is to build students' citizenship knowledge through fun and creative-innovative learning. This research is qualitative research with the type of research and development using the Hannafin and Peck model. Data was collected through trials and direct interviews with informants. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or data verification. The subjects in this study were 20 students of the PPKn study program. The expected results are the spirit of civic literacy and national insight in students who can form and strengthen students as candidates for Pancasila and citizenship education teachers.
