ABSTRAK Masalah kematian ibu adalah masalah yang kompleks, berkaitan dengan medis dan non medis, karena itu dilakukan upaya intervensi dengan pelaksanaan Antenatal Care (ANC) terpadu yang diharapkan akan mempunyai dampak nyata dalam waktu relatif pendek untuk penurunan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Indikator keteraturan pemeriksaan kehamilan menggambarkan kualitas pelayanan Program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). Pada tahun 2020 AKI 3/100.000 Kelahiran Hidup (KH) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) 6,28/1000 KH. Cakupan Kunjungan Kehamilan (K4) di Puskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding belum mencapai target 100% yaitu tercapai 94%. Komplikasi kehamilan targetnya 15-20%, tercapai 39,15% dan komplikasi persalinan 44,17%. Sedangkan penjaringan kehamilan resiko tinggi oleh masyarakat tercapai 8,91% dari target 10% dan kader yang belum mengikuti pelatihan 30 orang (12,34%).Tujuan umum untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Kader melalui pelatihan Kader tentang penjaringan kehamilan resiko tinggi dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas ANC. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari di Balai RW 4 Tanah Kali Kedinding, diikuti 30 Kader dengan metode ceramah tanya jawab,demonstrasi dan praktik penjaringan kehamilan resiko tinggi dengan Kartu Skor Poedji Rochjati (KSPR). Hasil kegiatan adalah peningkatan kualitas Kader yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dengan nilai rata-rata post tes 93,33%, keterampilan dengan nilai rata-rata 82,50%, terbentuknya Komitmen Bersama Kader dalam mendukung mensukseskan kegiatan penjaringan kehamilan resiko tinggi dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas ANC. Luarannya peningkatan kualitas Kader, HKI, Modul dan jurnal. Saran: sosialisasi penjaringan kehamilan resiko tinggi pada Kader yang belum mengikuti pelatihan serta menerapkannya pada lingkungan sekitar terhadap ibu hamil. ABSTRACT The problem of maternal mortality is a complex problem, related to medical and non-medical, therefore intervention efforts are made with the implementation of integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) which is expected to have a real impact in a relatively short time to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). The indicators of regularity for antenatal care describe the quality of services for the Maternal and Child Health Program (MCH). In 2020 the MMR is 3/100,000 KH and the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is 6.28/1000 Life Birth (LB). The coverage of Pregnancy Visits (K4) at the Tanah Kali Kewall Health Center has not yet reached the 100% target, which is 94%. The target for pregnancy complications is 15-20%, 39.15% is achieved and delivery complications are 44.17%. While screening for high-risk pregnancies by the community was 8.91% of the 10% target and 30 people (12.34%). The general objective is to increase the knowledge and skills of Cadres through Cadre training on screening for high-risk pregnancies in an effort to improve the quality of ANC. The training was held for three days at Citizen’s Council 4 Tanah Kali Kewall, followed by 30 Cadres with a question and answer lecture method, demonstration and practice of screening high-risk pregnancies with the Poedji Rochjati Score Card (KSPR). The results of the activity are an increase in the quality of cadres, namely an increase in knowledge with an average post-test score of 93.33%, skills with an average score of 82.50%, the formation of a Joint Cadre Commitment to support the success of high-risk pregnancy screening activities in an effort to improve the quality of ANC. The output is improving the quality of Cadres, Intellectual Property Rights, Modules and journals.
