This article is driven by the many problems related to Sunday activities and land problems in the Moluccas. According to J.H Elliott, the authors analyze the text of Exodus 23:1–12 using the social sciences critique method. Meanwhile, the theory used as an analytical tool is the Structural-Functional theory proposed by Emile Durkheim and Jean Jacques Rousseau’s social contract theory. The results of the analysis are then discussed in relation to the church context in the Moluccas. The study's results found that originally, Sabbath meant to rest within the context of work. "Work," as understood by the concept of Sabbath, means working with God in promoting social care, economic sustainability, and environmental concern. Misunderstandings of the Sabbath as Rest cause certain elements in the structure of Moluccan society not to function as they should because the Sabbath is misconstrued to perpetuate laziness, ignore others, hinder economic growth, and ignore the environment. In actuality, the Sabbath provides balance, not only balancing work with rest but also balancing rest with work. The Sabbath needs to be interpreted as 'working' in the context of communion with God, social care, guaranteeing economic sustainability, and concern for the environment. Local wisdom and regional culture as a social contract are still necessary in caring for humanity and preserving the territory, so such local wisdom and particular aspects of regional culture must be preserved and strengthened.

Introduction: Indigenous Village has duty to complete tasks that accur in the community so that the state government can help resolve community disputes, but the indigenous village also needs saniri in carrying out is function as a supervisor of the Indigenous village and competent institutions/agencies to resolve these disputes if they are resolved through non-litigation channels.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of this paper is to provide assistance related of indigenous peoples’ land disputes and legal opinions, and socialization of clean justice. Method of Devotion: This Community Service Activity This research was conducted in Amahusu Country, Nusaniwe District, Ambon City. In this activity, several stages were carried out including (1) direct location observation and interviews with community leaders, intensive communication with the State Government and the State Saniri Amahusu. (2) identification is carried out by examining the Profile of Amahusu Country specifically to find out the problems that occur in Amahusu Country. (3) Taking solution steps.Results of the Devotion: After carrying out this service activity, it was found that disputes that often occur in Amahusu Country are land disputes of indigenous people, dispute resolution in the view of the community can be resolved by the Indigenous Village, however, not all disputes can be resolved by the Indigenous village, so competent institutions/agencies are needed to resolve disputes that occur in the community. Dispute resolution can be done through non-litigation channels in the form of mediation, in addition to litigation. In addition, the public has a lack of trust in law enforcement officers, so socialization is needed to restore public trust in law enforcement officers.

Introduction: The law is a tool needed by the community, to carry out an activity so that the activity does not violate applicable regulations, regulations are not only regulations in the form of norms, but these regulations can be in the form of matters governing the land registration system. The land registration system is very necessary for someone to register their land in their own/or private name.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of writing this article is to provide legal understanding and knowledge in terms of the practice of the land registration system, provide legal understanding and knowledge in terms of theory and history of land registration. Method of Devotion: In the Socialization Activities and Practices of the Land Registration System, they are: Submission of Socialization Materials from resource persons to residents who attend the socialization of the land registration system, Questions and Answers from residents to resource persons related to socialization of community service.Results of the Devotion: Land registration on land in Indonesia needs to be carried out an activity where socialization needs to be carried out, so that the community/or residents on Piranha Street Up Alley 13, Tunjungsekar Village, Malang City, can be given their rights in increasing their understanding and knowledge regarding land registration. Furthermore, it can be assisted in terms of understanding legal science, especially related to land law, namely the land registration system in Indonesia.
