Abstract: Peran kepemimpinan sebagai penggerak dan koordinator dari sumber daya manusia di lembaga keuangan syariah. Etos kerja Islam merupakan cerminan dari besarnya tanggung jawab karyawan dalam lembaga keuangan syariah.
