This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and principal motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Thawalib, Tanjung Limau Pariangan, West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach that is commonly used to evaluate and detect the extent of a factor's variation on one or more other factors based on the correlation coefficient. This study involved 30 teachers. The results showed that leadership and motivation simultaneously affected teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Thawalib with a significance value (sig) of 0.003. The better the leadership and the higher the motivation given by the head of the madrasah, it will improve teachers' performance in the madrasah. This study has implications for the importance of the leadership style displayed by the principal in improving the performance of existing personnel in the organization to achieve the desired goals.

Faânah leader behavior is expressed in the work ethic and performance of leaders who have proven professional skills and can solve problems quickly and accurately (Alimuddin, 2020;Hamid et al, 2021;Ghazali & Yanti, 2022). In the prophetic leadership model, fathanah is not only interpreted as intelligent, but this intelligence will appear in various forms of main competencies, including; knowledgeable & learning-oriented, itqan & quality focus, strategic & tactful, deliberation, time consciousness, evaluation, and continuous improvement, tawakkal (Antonio, 2019) From the explanation above, it can be seen that the contribution of competence (Fathanah) in the prophetic leadership of the village head is the intelligence possessed by the village head, which helps him in solving problems that occur and can see opportunities that might be taken to achieve the vision, mission, and goals.…”

This study aims to understand how village heads apply prophetic leadership in building religious character in Panca Jaya District, Mesuji Regency, Lampung. To understand the phenomena in the field, the researcher uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Since being in the field, the data analysis was conducted concerning the Milles and Huberman concept. The results showed that the prophetic leadership applied by the village head was displayed through humanist leadership through amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, liberation leadership, and transcendence leadership. This study implies the importance of leaders to have the ability to interact, communicate and socialize in carrying out a clear vision to gain the trust of the community.

The purpose of this article is to reveal the optimization of Captain Tsubasa's dream for Japanese football on the spectrum of Islamic education, by unraveling how far the influence of the animated film Captain Tsubasa in whipping up the fighting spirit of the young generation of Japan, then contextualizing it in Islamic education, where problems have not been encountered before. This research is a qualitative descriptive, with the data collection technique using the polegulation, and analyzed inductively. Problems are analyzed with Max Weber's work ethic theory. The results of the study concluded: that Captain Tsubasa's dream in his animated film is able to be a motivator, especially for the young generation in Japan in terms of football so that in the future the National Team is able to win the Asian Cup and consistently participate in the World Cup. In the context of Islamic education, a Muslim must have a work ethic, namely a personality attitude that gives birth to a very deep belief that work is not only to glorify oneself, to show humanity, but as a form of manifestation of good deeds. This work ethic is well practiced in people's lives so that Muslims become strong as a community, so this research recommends that this work ethic be a way of life within the framework of nation and religion.
