Peran Motivasi Kerja Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of compensation on spirit at work. The results of this study found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on spirit at work, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on spirit at work, and the role of work motivation is positively and significantly mediates the effect of compensation on spirit at work.
