The strategy for learning speaking skills in Indonesian language subjects with news text material is included in the learning outcomes (CP) elements of speaking and presenting. The purpose of speaking skills in learning Indonesian is for students to be able to convey information orally by going through the stages of critical, creative and innovative thinking in writing news coherently. The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the implementation of the news anchor-based speaking skills learning method in SMK. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, notes, and listening. Data analysis techniques are carried out by explaining the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning as a strategy for learning speaking skills. The findings in this study obtained a total of 39 scores from a number of 12 instrument indicators regarding the implementation of news anchor-based students' speaking skills methods at SMK. In this study, if the average value is 4, then a value of 3.25 is obtained from the recapitulation of values using the formula in the evaluation process.

“…There are several things that are taken into consideration in compiling modules as lesson plans, which include the depth of the material, the needs of students, the motivation of students, the facilities of students, the media used in learning activities, and the interests that are embedded in students. Of course there are procedures that can be carried out in preparing lesson plans, namely: 1) analyzing the needs of students, teachers and schools; 2) identify and determine the profile dimensions of Pancasila students who will be trained; 3) determine the flow of learning objectives that will be developed in teaching modules; 4) compile teaching modules based on the specified components; 5) implementation of learning activities in accordance with what has been planned; and 6) evaluation and follow-up of what has been implemented (Lase, 2022;Nasution et al, 2022;Saitya, 2022).…”

Learning Indonesian speaking skills in news texts with a reporting strategy as a role model is implemented to solve the problem of students' lack of speaking and presenting skills. The purpose of this study was conducted to analyze the implementation of the reportage-based speaking skill learning method in SMK. The type of approach to this research is descriptive qualitative, as a research method based on postpositivism philosophy with objects of natural conditions (the opposite of this research is experimentation). The research was conducted by interviewing, observing, and taking notes for data collection. Research subjects are researchers and their partners. Data analysis activities are carried out by explaining the technique of planning, implementing, and evaluating learning as a strategy for learning speaking skills. The findings in this study showed that students experienced an increase in their speaking skills and demonstrated in public schools with a score of 71 out of 21 instrument indicators regarding the method of applying reportage-based students' speaking skills in Vocational High Schools. In this study, the average recapitulation results were obtained at 3.38 with a maximum value of 4. The value calculation was carried out using the formula in the evaluation process.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan yang ada di SD Negeri 3 Brosot Kecamatan Galur, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Sekolah tersebut mengimplementasikan proses pembelajaran dengan kurikulum merdeka yang setiap proses pembelajaran melalukan rancangan pembelajaran sedemikian rupa agar apa yang menjadi capaian pembelajaran terwujud termasuk dalam pemulihan kurikulum 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan dan fokus penelitian.. Hambatan guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka diantaranya ; 1). keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana; 2). heterogenitas siswa di dalam kelas; 3). softskill yang dimiliki guru menjadi kendala karena masih banyak guru yang belum mampu menunjukan kontribusinya dalam cakap berinteraksi berdasarkan tuntutan kurikulum merdeka; 4). Tantangan guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka disekolah;. 5). Kendala lain yang dihadapi terkait Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yaitu dalam mengajak guru-guru untuk merubah pemikiran mereka agar keluar dari zona nyamannya.
