Peranan Institusi Pendidikan Teknikal Dalam Pemupukan Kemahiran ‘Employability’ Pelajar

Abstract: Kemahiran ‘employability’ merupakan kemahiran yang sangat dipentingkan oleh majikan ke atas graduan dalam bidang teknikal untuk mendapat pekerjaan. Namun begitu tidak semua lulusan teknikal mempunyai kemahiran ‘employability’ yang diharapkan oleh majikan.
