D&T Rent Car is a car rental for rent and also a travel agent who is currently engaged in rental and travel services. So far, D&T has only promoted through brochures or whatsapp. For the reservation or booking process, D&T still does it manually and writes on the book when making a reservation. So the purpose of making this website is to facilitate the customer booking process and also help D&T to have its own website. Making this booking website will use the programming language from Javascript library with the ReactJs, then for the Backend it will use ExpressJs, and database storage will use MongoDB. The data collection needed will use the observation method and also the study of literature, then for the development method of the website, the waterfall method will be used as the development method. The t est method that will be carried out is through black-box testing which will find out the website can run well. So that the website created will be efficient and effective. According to the results, the website that has been created is very suitable and can also make it easier to make reservations.

Perkembangan ekonomi Indonesia saat ini dituntut untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat melalui tiga sector ekonomi yang dianggap mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yaitu sector usaha negara (BUMN), usaha swasta (BUMS) dan sector koperasi. Pelayanan koperasi sangat berpengaruh pada tingkat kepuasan anggota, dengan pelayanan yang baik maka akan banyak orang yang tertarik menjadi anggota. System kerja koperasi saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu melalui pencatatan di kertas dan system kupon. Para pegawai koperasi memberikan kupon dan pencatatan secara manual kepada anggota sebagai bukti anggsuran, hal ini dirasa sangat tidak efektif dan efisien dikarenakan kertas kupon tersebut dapat hilang dan rusak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perancangan aplikasi mobile koperasi sebagai upaya peningkatkan kinerja koperasi dan persiapan menuju koperasi berbasis digital dengan cara menganti metode kerja manual ke dalam system digital. Penelitian ini akan merancang aplikasi mobile koperasi (MOKO) dengan metode Desain thinking. perancangan aplikasi mobile koperasi yaitu dengan menambahkan fitur yang inovatif. Untuk pengolahan data peminjaman terdapat konsep merubah kupon angsuran yang manual kedalam system barcode. System barcode yang dimaksud adalah anggota yang telah selesai mengangsur akan menscan barcodenya ke dalam menu angsuran milik pegawai. Dengan demikian system yang awalnya manual telah berubah kedalam bentuk digital.

The development of information technology can make it easier to do various things, including the provision of services that use technology in providing information to customers who need and receive information. The service at PT Sumatera Sistem Integrasi is that the process of complaining about network disturbances from customers is still manual, so that customers still come directly to the company or by telephone to make complaints and prepare reports still in the form of ledgers and customers. queues are not yet systematic and integrated. Based on these problems, the authors built a website-based customer complaint application using the Dynamic Priority Scheduling algorithm as a queue priority. The Dynamic Priority Scheduling Algorithm is a dynamic approach to the priority scheduling algorithm. In the dynamic approach, this algorithm focuses on the process of determining the queue based on predetermined priority rules. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify and improve the quality of service to customers optimally at PT Sumatra Sistem Integrasi.
