Law No. 6 of 2014 about villages mandates a shift in government management from being initially concentrated in the central government to being handed over to village governments. The development change management means villages are forced to respond to development processes previously carried out by the center, one of which is the digitalization process. The digitalization process at the village level is intended for all public services to improve the quality of public services and implement good governance processes. However, not all villages are ready for this. This community service program is carried out to prepare villages to respond to digitalization. The partner for the community service program chosen is Panimbangjaya Village, Panimbang District, Pandeglang Regency. Panimbangjaya Village was selected as a partner because, based on initial observations, this village had yet to utilize information technology to provide services to the community. In correspondence, for example, everything is still done manually. Panimbangjaya Village is still in the Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone, where village development should be a priority for the regional government to support tourism. The community service program is carried out by designing a village digitalization model through several stages. First, Village Administration Design and Digital Workspace is intended for village officials to be proficient in operating software to support their work in providing services to the community or internal governance. Second, the mobile application prepared for the public who will access services can be switched from being manual to being application-based. Third, the Village Collaboration Profile is intended to display the profile and potential of villages to encourage partnerships and collaboration between villages.
