This study discusses constructing constructs that form dimensions of the quality of health services and their effects on patient satisfaction.
ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat sudah seharusnya diimbangi dengan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Ternyata masih banyak permasalahan yang terjadi terkait dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Tidak hanya dari kalangan masyarakat umum, namun juga dari Aparatur Sipil Negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diambil melalui kuisioner, wawancara dan sumber Pustaka sekunder. Berdasarkan kusioner yang disebar di Kabupaten Sumedang, masih banyak jawaban yang kurang tepat terkait dengan literasi digital. Padahal Kemampuan ini sangat penting di masa sekarang ini untuk menjalankan berbagai fungsi pemerintahan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan sebagai solusi adalah melalui diklat atau pelatihan.
Artikel ini membahas praktik manajemen risiko di perguruan tinggi dengan menekankan pada pentingnya manajemen risiko di lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas analisis risiko pada konteks institusi pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini didasarkan atas pendekatan terintegrasi dari proses manajemen risiko pada perguruan tinggi yang bertransformasi ke perguruan tinggi vokasi. Studi ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dalam mengkaji analisa risiko pada Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung, sebagai perguruan tinggi dibawah naungan Lembaga Administrasi Negara yang telah bertransformasi menjadi Politeknik sejak tahun 2020. Berdasarkan penerapan kerangka kerja manajemen risiko ISO 31000:2018 yang menjadi dasar dalam mengelola risiko, hasil analisis risiko menunjukkan bahwa risiko terpenting berdasarkan nilai risiko yang ditemukan adalah risiko operasional berkaitan dengan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi vokasional. Risiko lain yang terpenting adalah tentang risiko reputasi yakni berkaitan dengan risiko akreditasi serta publikasi penelitian. Temuan analisis risiko ini menjadi bahan informasi yang sangat penting terutama dalam konteks institusi pendidikan tinggi yang telah bertransformasi secara kelembagaan. Ke depan, institusi pendidikan tinggi yang bertransformasi akan lebih dituntut untuk mempersiapkan dirinya dengan lebih baik untuk mengambil perspektif risiko yang luas.
Implementation of Village Digitization is a program that is currently being pushed by the central government to advance village governments in developing governance and services provided to the community, this also encourages Pagerwangi Village in West Bandung Regency to be able to carry out village digitization. The program implemented by the Pagerwangi Village Government is a village administration service system in collaboration with the Village Development Study Center which aims to make it easier for the community to receive services provided by the village government, one form of the village administration service system designed by the Pagerwangi village government. related to correspondence needed by the community in the hope of being more affective and efficient than the previous service. The village administration service system is currently still in the drafting process because there are still some shortcomings and obstacles faced so that it takes time to be applied to the community
Organizational commitment is an important form of attitude from an employee towards his organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of organizational commitment from the perspective of social exchange theory. With a social exchange perspective, the research model was built by integrating perceptions of organizational support and job satisfaction into having an impact on organizational commitment. The context of the situation during the pandemic has its own color in this study, especially with situations that require various jobs to be carried out remotely or away from home, so the extent to which employees remain committed to their organizations from the perspective of social exchange. This study takes a sample of ASN who are working in the Bandung Raya area. The data analysis technique uses path analysis, which aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. The results showed that every relationship between variables found that the beta coefficient value was in the significant category. This confirms that empirically, social exchange theory can apply in pandemic conditions, especially in building ASN commitment to their organizations as a manifestation of the accountability of public sector organizations.
