Perbandingan Efektivitas Penurunan Tekanan Darah Kombinasi Obat Angiotensin Receptor Blocker+Beta Blocker (ARB+BB) dan Calcium Channel Blocker+Beta Blocker (CCB+BB) Pasien Hypertensive Heart Disease (HHD)

Abstract: Latar Belakang: Hipertensi di Indonesia menempati urutan keenam untuk penyakit tidak menular dengan angka kejadian sebesar 25,8% pada usia ≥18 tahun. Di Kota Serang sendiri dari hasil pengukuran darah dari 38.409 yang diukur tekanan darahnya didapatkan 10.845 yang menderita hipertensi atau sebesar 28,2% dengan jumlah persentase lebih tinggi pada perempuan yaitu sebanyak 7.659 atau sebesar 32.8%.
