Percepção de familiares e cuidadores quanto à segurança do paciente em unidades de internação pediátrica

Abstract: Resumo OBJETIVO Conhecer a percepção de familiares e cuidadores quanto à Segurança do Paciente em unidades de internação pediátrica. MÉTODO Estudo qualitativo exploratório-descritivo. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com 24 cuidadores, em três áreas de internação pediátrica de hospital universitário do sul do Brasil, entre junho e agosto de 2016.
