Advances in pediatric interventional radiologic and endoscopic techniques have increasingly allowed for a multidisciplinary approach toward diagnosis and management of pediatric pancreaticobiliary diseases. In the following sections, we describe clinical approaches to nontransplant pediatric pancreaticobiliary disease, established and novel pancreaticobiliary interventions, and logistical considerations of collaboration between pediatric interventional radiology and gastroenterology services.

After percutaneous drainage, an endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD) tube (7.5 Fr Flexima; Boston Scientific, Marlborough, MA, USA) was placed in the bile duct connected with the biloma . However, we needed time to conduct selective guiding because of the narrowness and tortuosity of the bile duct.…”
