Abstract: AbstrakDaya saing menjadi salah satu tujuan pembangunan yang krusial karena berkaitan dengan kemampuan suatu daerah dalam menarik tenaga kerja yang terampil dan investasi baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa Bengkulu merupakan salah satu provinsi dengan tingkat daya saing yang rendah bila dibandingkan dengan 32 provinsi lain di Indonesia.
